Shipping information
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a specific notification.

In particular periods, e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, deliveries may be subject to delays that are not attributable to us.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates
We offer flat rate shipping of EUR 5.99 for orders under EUR 100 and free shipping for orders over EUR 100. These rates apply only to shipments to Italy.

Shipments to the European Union
We offer shipping to European Union countries. Contact us at info@olioestro.it to finalize the order.

We currently do not ship to countries outside the European Union.



How can I check the status of an order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive the order within 2 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@olioestro.it specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
